Many believers know intellectually that God loves them, yet carry wounds from life that make it difficult to fully love God and others. True healing allows the heart to open more deeply to God’s love. Through Scripture, prayer, and the discernment of spirits, I accompany others as they encounter Christ’s healing presence. Jesus calls us to love the Lord with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength, and this journey often involves gently releasing the hurt and shame that reside within. For the past 14 years, I have led the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola (an intensive prayer retreat) and have witnessed God’s love bring profound transformation, renewed hope, and deep joy.
